Quote ValidityProposals and quotes are valid for 7 days. After this, pricing, scope, and timelines may change.

Project Commencement
Work commences upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Payment TermsInvoices are payable within 7 days and final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.

Billing StructureProjects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion, or in staged or monthly invoices for longer engagements.

Scope of WorkOnly work explicitly outlined in the approved invoice or proposal is included; all additional requests are out of scope.

RevisionsA maximum of two reasonable rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions are billable.

Timelines & DelaysProject timelines assume timely client feedback; delays may extend timelines and incur additional charges.

Change Requests & Scope CreepMaterial changes to scope, direction, or workload will be quoted and billed separately.

Ownership & Intellectual PropertyOwnership of final deliverables transfers only upon full and final payment.

ConfidentialityAll client information and project materials are treated as confidential.

TerminationIf a project is terminated after commencement, work completed will be invoiced and the deposit remains non-refundable.

LiabilityThe agency’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project.
